How do you Contribute?

Hi friends, I know its been a while. Happy to be back.

Have you looked within yourself to see how u have contributed to the national
debt and where society is today? Do you find yourself buying things or thinking you need
things that are out of your budget? I know I have!

When I was 17 I started selling Cutco knives and I made about $30,000 in three
months! Guess what was the first thing I did when I got my first check. I went out and bought a brand new car, I put myself in 27,000 in debt!! At 17!!!
All it took was one cosigner! I ended up paying it off just last year, I am
now 24! That's 6 years of debt, my payment was $500 a month, and insurance was
$300. After I took a break from the summer of selling all the money I had made
was quickly used up on the $800 dollar a month payment and all the expenses of
just living. It was hard paying off that car and very stressful, but I did it.
So many people do this all the time, with houses, boats, CARS, Trucks, livestock
trailers, travel trailers, clothes, ect...
And a lot of them end up so far in debt they have to file bankruptcy or stress
themselves out so much it makes them sick, or ruins their family relationships.

Thankfully I learned my lesson at a very young age and am now doing my best to
pay cash for everything, and stay within my means. Unfortunately, so many do not
learn this lesson, and continue to put themselves in loads of debt.

The average American Household debt: $117,471

I challenge you to look at yourself and find out how you are contributing to the
way things are. What can you do about your debt, how you treat yourself, the
people around you, and your intentions to help the world you live in. It starts
with looking within ourselves and doing the best to live within our means and
let go of all the neediness. We need to stop putting the blame on politicians,
presidents, society, and our neighbors. Lets set a great example for others!
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with one single step."
-Lao Tzu

We are here to love and be loving. It is not our place, nor our job to judge one
another. Leave that to the high power, and you will be able to live a more
peaceful and fulfilling life. We when take offense to others or get angry for
things we cannot control we grow angry and bitter. Let all that go and do the
best you personally can. Do me a favor and try this, the next time you feel
angry at someone or your situation, send love to that person or situation. I
promise you will feel a lot better and like a veil has been lifted off you. We
are all on our own journey, but the ultimate journey for everyone is personal
growth and love.

With a bunch of love,
Whitney
